Overview

As a Business Analyst on Unlock Health’s Managed Care team, you will help healthcare providers optimize payor strategies and overall performance through analytics that drive financial sustainability and patient acquisition and retention.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in a Business Analyst or Analytics role.
• Healthcare experience required.
• Basic understanding of managed care reimbursement structures preferred.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic SQL.
• Professional experience with Tableau and SQL preferred.
• Strong analytical, data analysis, and interpretation skills.
• A self-starter with a strong sense of curiosity.
