Overview

We are seeking a Security & APM Lead for Africa to oversee our regional information security strategy and manage our Alternative Payment Methods initiatives, ensuring compliance and security best practices across Nigeria and other key African markets.

• Lead information security strategy and APM initiatives in Africa.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in information security or compliance.
• Familiarity with Nigeria’s IT regulations and compliance ecosystem.
• Experience with regulatory bodies like the CBN.
• Understanding of frameworks like PCI DSS and NIST.
• Professional certification (CISSP, CISA, etc.) is mandatory.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Fluency in English; local languages are a plus.
• Experience in managing alternative payment methods.
• Strong analytical mindset.
