Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in HR or internal PR.
• Event organization skills from idea generation to implementation.
• Ability to create presentations and communicate effectively.
• Proficiency in mailing layout tools and content creation.
• Understanding of non-material motivation principles.
• Experience in conducting organizational research.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace, Slack, and Confluence.
