Overview

The eProcurement Systems Administrator/Business Analyst is responsible for managing the University’s eProcurement application and ensuring efficient procurement processes while adhering to policies and regulations.

In Short

• Manage the eProcurement application (Oracle Fusion) for users and suppliers.
• Establish access for users based on their roles.
• Provide Level 2 support for the eProcurement application.
• Analyze spend reports and supplier proposals.
• Create custom and standard reports for procurement personnel.
• Research market activity to determine appropriate commodities.
• Ensure accuracy of purchase order terms and conditions.
• Conduct business process analyses and needs assessments.
• Administer IT developments and recommend enhancements.
• Perform other related work as needed.

Requirements

• College or university degree in a related field.
• 2-5 years of work experience in a related job discipline.
• Familiarity with data reporting and analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Access.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction.
• Experience in a customer service environment.
• Knowledge of purchasing and payment concepts.
• Project management skills.
