Overview

The Clinical Trial Financial Coordinator will provide administrative financial support within the Biological Sciences Division Clinical Trial Financial Group, ensuring timely management of financial activities related to clinical trials.

• Manage Confidentiality Disclosure Agreements (CDAs).
• Assist with budget and contract management.
• Process protocol and contract amendments.
• Maintain accounts receivable and payable data.
• Facilitate invoicing for clinical trials.
• Monitor expenditures on faculty accounts.
• Develop and maintain tracking systems for clinical trial finances.
• Communicate with study staff regarding accrual tracking.
• Prepare grant reports and trend analysis.
• Support post-award activities and compliance monitoring.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Less than 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong computer skills, especially in spreadsheets and databases.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of accounting standards and auditing.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks within deadlines.
• Familiarity with clinical trials and grant management.
• Ability to propose solutions to problems.
• Knowledge of federal and non-federal regulations for grants preferred.
