Overview

The Associate Director, Alumni and Volunteer Experience, will focus on developing innovative strategies for building and strengthening undergraduate alumni engagement at the University of Chicago.

• Develops and implements strategic engagement plans for alumni.
• Identifies opportunities for meaningful alumni engagement.
• Collaborates with stakeholders for event planning.

• Tracks and reports on the success of engagement initiatives.
• Works in a hybrid schedule with some in-office presence.

Requirements

• College or university degree in a related field.
• 5-7 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in nonprofit management or alumni relations preferred.
• Strong commitment to customer service.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce CRM.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
• Experience in budget development and monitoring.
