Overview

The Assistant Director, Alumni and Volunteer Experience, will develop innovative strategies for building and strengthening undergraduate student affinity and engagement. This role administers programs and fundraisers designed to engage the alumni community worldwide.

Requirements

• College or university degree in a related field.
• 2-5 years of work experience in alumni relations or similar fields.
• Knowledge of nonprofit management and fundraising.
• Proficient in Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive team environment.
• Experience in event planning and program management.
• Understanding of data management and survey tools.
• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
