Medical Laboratory Scientist II - HLA - Remote

Overview

The Medical Laboratory Scientist II in the HLA laboratory performs a variety of technical procedures, including HLA typing by rSSO and next generation sequencing methods, Luminex based HLA Antibody identification, and donor/recipient flow cytometric cross-matching.

• Perform HLA typing and antibody identification.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline.
• 2 years of clinical laboratory experience.
• CHT (ABHI) certification required within one year of eligibility.
• Ability to identify and report abnormal test results.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Preferred: Bachelor Degree in Medical Laboratory Science.
• Preferred: CHT (ABHI) certification.
