The Audiology Director is responsible for the strategic, operational, and clinical leadership of the Audiology Surgical Specialties Service Line at UAMS, overseeing high-quality, patient-centered audiological care.

Requirements

• Doctor of Audiology (Au. D.) with 10 years of clinical experience.

• Current audiology license in Arkansas.
• Certification of Clinical Competence in Audiology (CCC-A).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in audiological procedures and equipment.
• Ability to collaborate with teams and stakeholders.

• Experience in budget management.
