Overview

The Clinical Pharmacy Specialist for Solid Organ Transplant will provide consultative assistance to healthcare professionals, monitor drug therapy, and ensure optimal patient care in various phases of transplant treatment.

• Provide consultative assistance to physicians and nurses.

• Collaborate with the Solid Organ Transplant Team.

Requirements

• Completion of an ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency or BS Pharmacy Degree with 3 years of experience.
• Certification as a licensed Registered Pharmacist in Arkansas or eligibility for licensure.
• Preferred: Completion of an ASHP-accredited PGY2 residency in Solid Organ Transplant.
• 5 years of experience in a solid organ transplant setting.
• Board certification preferred, required within 3 years of hire.
