Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D.
  • 3 years of relevant clinical pharmacy experience.
  • Preferred residency training or equivalent experience.
  • State licensure as a Clinical Pharmacist in Michigan.
  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical practices.
  • Ability to provide leadership and support staff development.
  • Good judgment and decisiveness in daily activities.
  • Commitment to professional growth.
  • Experience in transplant care is a plus.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare teams.
