Requirements

• Access Coordinator II: 2 years of customer service or healthcare experience.
• Access Coordinator III: 3 years of experience in registration, billing, or scheduling in healthcare.
• Good communication and computer skills.
• Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills are a must.
• CHAA Certification preferred for Access Coordinator III.
• Ability to handle conflicts professionally.
• Experience with MS Office and office machines.
• Ability to perform physical tasks as required by the role.
