Overview

The Assistant Director of Transition Programs & Initiatives is responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing programs that support the successful transition of sophomore and junior students at the University of Arkansas.

• Experience supervising student leaders.
• Preferred experience with data analysis related to student success.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
