Requirements

• Excellent written communication skills with strong grammar and spelling.
• Experience in complaint management or the energy sector is preferred.
• Specialized knowledge in GPKE and GeLi Gas.
• Experience with MS CRM, SAP IS/U S/4, and MS Office.
• Quick comprehension and ability to adapt to new processes.
• Fluent in German at a native level (C2).
