Overview

As a Real Estate Specialist (m/f/d), you will leverage your real estate expertise to support the energy transition by identifying suitable sites for new substations and switch stations, coordinating with internal departments, and clarifying construction feasibility with authorities and municipalities.

Requirements

• Training as a real estate specialist or a comparable degree in real estate management.
• Initial experience in land requirement planning is desirable.
• Analytical thinking, initiative, and strong communication skills.
