Overview

We are looking for a Junior IT Service Manager who has completed their IT studies and has initial experience in service, requirements, or project management. The role involves analyzing customer requirements, coordinating between departments, and ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.

Requirements

• Completed degree in (Business) Informatics or a related field
• Strong IT affinity with initial experience in a coordinating IT role
• Fluent in German, both written and spoken
• High precision, communication skills, and a structured approach
