Project Support – Microsoft Co-Pilot Rollout - Remote

Overview

This role involves providing project support for the global rollout of Microsoft Co-Pilot, focusing on training coordination and internal communications.

In Short

• Support the external provider in training coordination and change management for the Microsoft Co-Pilot global rollout
• Prepare slides, draft internal posts, and manage content creation for regular internal communications
• Organize training sessions and send out invitations and reminders to participants
• Conduct surveys, collect feedback, and maintain FAQs for users
• Produce dashboards and reports to track rollout progress
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and support project documentation

Requirements

• Previous experience in project support, internal communications, or training coordination
• Strong skills in MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities
• Fluent in English (German is a plus)
• Self-driven, structured, and reliable, with a proactive attitude
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
