Email Marketing & Squarespace Automation Specialist - Remote

Overview

UniTriTeam is hiring a part-time Email Marketing & Squarespace Automation Specialist to support a Chicago-based speaker, workshop facilitator, and consultant. This remote position requires approximately 2–5 hours per week, with flexibility for occasional increased support during peak projects.

In Short

• Build, manage, and optimize email campaigns within Squarespace
• Develop and implement drip campaigns and nurture sequences
• Redesign and improve existing email templates
• Set up automated welcome flows and lead magnet delivery systems
• Support QR code landing page integrations
• Edit and maintain Squarespace pages
• Ensure brand consistency across design elements
• Perform quality checks on all content prior to publishing
• Provide formatting support for PDFs and workshop materials
• Assist with back-end marketing logistics

Requirements

• Proven experience building and managing email marketing campaigns
• Ability to articulate previous campaign strategy and execution
• Experience with email platforms such as Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or ConvertKit
• Hands-on experience working within Squarespace
• Prior experience supporting entrepreneurs or small businesses is a plus
• Strong understanding of email automation logic and drip campaign structure
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word
• Familiarity with Canva or basic design principles
• Comfort learning and navigating new systems independently
• Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills
