Overview

UniTriTeam is seeking a full-time Virtual Recruiter to join our growing team. This role will focus on sourcing, screening, and coordinating top-tier candidates across a variety of industries and roles for our global client base.

In Short

• Full-time position working remotely.
• Focus on sourcing, screening, and presenting qualified candidates.
• Collaborate with the Business Development team to understand client needs.
• Build and manage job listings on relevant platforms.
• Conduct initial interviews and assessments.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Provide updates to clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Continuously improve recruiting workflows.
• Requires 2–3 years of recruitment experience.
• Must be comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of recruitment experience, ideally in an agency or fast-paced environment.
• Startup experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open roles and shifting priorities.
• Self-starter with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
• Availability to work full-time on West Coast (PST) hours.
