Remote Nursing Prelicensure Faculty Coach

Overview

The Remote Nursing Prelicensure Faculty Coach will provide comprehensive academic support to nursing students, focusing on improving their performance in the nursing program through individualized coaching and targeted support.

In Short

• Conduct individualized coaching sessions with nursing students.
• Provide targeted support for at-risk students.
• Develop and lead CMS Boot Camps.
• Maintain consistent coaching availability.
• Collaborate with faculty and stakeholders.
• Track student progress and document meetings.
• Encourage and support students in a positive learning environment.
• Provide weekly reports to leadership.
• Manage CMS schedules for coaching availability.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in nursing (MSN) required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in nursing education or coaching preferred.
• Expertise in Content Mastery Series (CMS).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
• Proficiency in virtual communication platforms and LMS.
