In Short

• Oversee the daily operations of financial systems, ensuring stability, accuracy, and compliance
• Ensure financial system data is accurate, complete, and secure
• Act as the primary point of contact for finance system troubleshooting and escalations
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate resolutions with IT and external vendors
• Identify opportunities for process automation and workflow improvements to enhance financial operations
• Ensure financial systems align with regulatory requirements, corporate policies, and best practices
• Provide hands-on support for finance users, resolving system-related issues in a timely manner
• Develop and maintain system documentation, training materials, and user guides
• Establish and enforce policies for system access, user roles, and data governance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of financial processes, reporting, and internal controls.
• Experience troubleshooting financial system issues and coordinating with IT teams.
• Proficiency in financial reporting tools, budgeting systems, and workflow automation solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
