In Short

• Lead the effective, successful delivery of client activity on assigned account(s).
• Ensure consistent client satisfaction and highest quality of deliverables.
• Drive breakthrough creative work and develop solutions with clients.
• Plan, develop, and defend budget recommendations and KPIs.
• Grow business organically beyond the task at hand.
• Direct the activities of the account staff on assigned accounts.
• Develop deep relationships with clients and partners.
• Manage client/account budgets and resolve conflicts.
• Lead the development and execution of creative products.
• Research and stay informed about clients' industries and trends.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of agency or communications industry experience.
• Familiarity with the lifecycle of a creative campaign.
• Experience leading cross-functional agency partners.
• Experience interfacing with mid and senior level clients.
• Production experience with large scale initiatives.
