Senior Manager, Market Access and Reimbursement - Remote

Overview

The Senior Market Access & Reimbursement will drive reimbursement strategy for Advanced Wound Care (AWC) products ensuring alignment with the Center of Excellence's goals to secure sustainable reimbursement and proactively address policy risks.

• Lead payer engagement strategies in the US for Medicare, Medicaid and private insurers.
• Align market access initiatives with product launch timelines.
• Synthesize key reimbursement activities globally.
• Analyze global legislative and regulatory changes.
• Partner with clinical teams to design trials that capture payer relevant endpoints.
• Create training materials for sales and medical affairs teams.
• Drive cross-functional projects that align with company priorities.
• Manage vendors and budget for Market Access data tools.
• Ensure operational processes are optimized.
• Travel required up to 15% of the time.

Requirements

• At least 5 years in Global Market Access and Reimbursement.
• Demonstrated track record of payer engagement.
• Experience working cross functionally with clinical and commercial teams.
• Proficiency in HTA frameworks (ICER, NICE).
• Excellent research and analytic skills.
• Strong project management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to function effectively under uncertainty.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
