Sterilization Program Manager - Remote

Overview

The Sterilization Program Manager is responsible for the development and execution of a portfolio of sterilization projects and programs for Convatec, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery while acting as a liaison between the program team and stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of project management experience in manufacturing operations.
• Good understanding of medical device sterilization validation processes.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
• Strong ethical values and integrity.
• Collaborative skills to work with various levels of the organization.
• Scientific or engineering degree required; Master's is a plus.
• Experience in microbiology or sterilization techniques is advantageous.
