Overview

The Localization Program Manager at LILT is responsible for managing a portfolio of complex Enterprise accounts, ensuring successful service delivery and collaboration across teams.

• Manage Enterprise-level localization programs for large technology companies.
• Implement and maintain service delivery strategies to meet SLAs.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives with internal and external stakeholders.
• Produce competitive quotations and manage production resources.
• Monitor performance against KPIs and report on production metrics.
• Communicate with clients, freelancers, and internal teams.
• Conduct post-mortems and implement continuous improvements.
• Lead account portfolio teams and identify training opportunities.
• Collaborate with Revenue and Customer Success for comprehensive coverage.
• Work remotely initially, then transition to a hybrid model.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing localization programs.
• Experience in Risk Management and CAPA procedures.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Analytical problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to work PST hours.
