Senior Localization Program Manager - Remote

Overview

Spring Health is looking for a solutions-focused Localization Manager to support our continued global expansion and strengthening of our existing offerings.

In Short

• Further craft & execute Spring Health’s localization strategy focusing on quality, cost, and speed to market.
• Drive process creation across core cross functional teams (e.g. marketing, product, clinical, etc) to deliver world class localized products to support our members globally.
• Own playbooks & budgets across localization, and enablement of processes across the organization.
• Build & manage vendor relationships to continue to innovate and find efficiencies within processes.
• Coordinating the creation and maintenance of all linguistic assets (TMs, glossaries, style guides, reference materials).
• Track timelines and projects, owning all escalations and risk management around localization.

Requirements

• Previous experience in Localization, or cross functional program management.
• Experience managing TMs, glossaries, and style guides across vendors.
• Strong interest in operational strategy & playbook creation, and automating and scaling processes.
• Experience in budget management and prioritization.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Ability to work in a cross functional and fast paced environment.
