Manager, Grants and Compliance - Remote

Overview

The Manager, Grants and Compliance will oversee the end-to-end grants lifecycle for FP2030, ensuring compliance and effective communication with funders.

In Short

• Manage the full lifecycle of grants, including compliance and reporting.
• Coordinate donor communications and ensure alignment with program implementation.
• Support budget development and monitoring with finance and program teams.
• Draft and review grant agreements and related documents.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of donor requirements and internal compliance standards.
• Monitor grant terms and proactively resolve issues.
• Provide guidance and capacity building to hub teams.
• Contribute to proposal development and fundraising efforts.
• Collaborate with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel up to 5% as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred in relevant fields.
• 5-7 years of experience in grants management and compliance.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Salesforce experience preferred.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
• Writing samples will be requested during the interview process.
