Overview

As a Customer Service Engineer at United Imaging, you will provide top-level on-site service support for medical imaging products, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and contributing to the success of product launches.

  • Provide top-level on-site service support for medical imaging products.
  • Work closely with the Customer Care Center for troubleshooting and maintenance.
  • Embrace new technology while leveraging customer service strengths.
  • Play a key role in product launches in the US market.
  • Build competence in providing technical assistance to customers.
  • Efficiently escalate challenges to ensure quick resolutions.
  • Responsible for installation of diagnostic imaging equipment.
  • Attend service training courses as needed.

Requirements

  • Must live in or near the posting location.
  • Associate degree in a technical field preferred.
  • Familiarity with diagnostic imaging equipment principles.
  • Previous field service experience preferred.
  • Relevant IT skills required.
