Requirements

• 5+ years in software/data engineering roles, with 2 years in management.
• Proficiency in data engineering (Python, SQL, etc.).
• Proven leadership skills in engineering teams.
• Excellent communication skills for technical concepts.
• Experience managing agile workflows.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
