Data Engineering Manager - Remote

Overview

The primary goal for this position is to understand the company's data-related needs and develop a high-performance, self-service CDP (Customer Data Platform) with robust pipelines. This includes ensuring reliability, scalability, performance, security, data quality, profiling, documentation, lineage, and more.

• Communicating effectively with stakeholders at various levels of the organization to understand their requirements or explain technical concepts;
• Advocating for the value of data analytics and engineering within the organization and fostering a data-driven culture.

Requirements

• Experience in data engineering and management;
• Strong understanding of data pipelines and CDP;
• Ability to lead and mentor a team;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Experience with data quality and performance optimization;
• Familiarity with data security and compliance;
• Proficiency in relevant programming languages and tools;
• Ability to work in a remote-first environment;
• Fluency in English for communication with international teams.
