Senior Data Analyst (Contract) - Remote

Overview

As a Senior Data Analyst at the Uniswap Foundation, you’ll leverage on‑chain data to power growth, product and research initiatives—such as our liquidity‑mining program and LP‑profitability projects—across the Uniswap and Unichain ecosystems. You thrive in ambiguity, enjoy translating complex DeFi mechanics into actionable insights, and excel at collaborating with small, cross‑functional teams.

In Short

• Shape growth strategy by analyzing user behavior, liquidity trends and trading flows on Uniswap and Unichain
• Partner cross‑functionally with Growth, Research, Developer Experience and Marketing to define priorities, identify opportunities and measure impact
• Build and maintain data pipelines, dashboards and reports that surface key metrics and drive data‑informed decisions
• Conduct deep‑dive analyses on AMM mechanics, DeFi protocols and emerging market trends
• Translate data into strategy—craft clear narratives, visualizations and playbooks for both technical and non‑technical audiences
• Design and test hypotheses against large on‑chain datasets, iterating toward increasingly precise models and forecasts
• Monitor ecosystem health through ongoing market research, identifying new trends in DEXs and DeFi, and recommending actionable next steps

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands‑on experience in data analysis, quantitative research or statistics
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency with SQL and/or Python (or R)
• Deep familiarity with on‑chain data structures, DeFi protocols and AMM mechanics
• Proven track record of designing and maintaining dashboards and ETL/data pipelines
