Overview

We are looking for a Customer Success Implementation and Technical Specialist with expertise in quality management and experience working with ISO and FDA-regulated organizations.

In Short

  • Assist customers in the implementation and integration of Unifize applications.
  • Manage the implementation of each purchased module.
  • Provide technical support and training sessions.
  • Demo best practices and use-cases.
  • Tweak or configure customer accounts to solve specific pain points.
  • Create and manage automation and PDF tasks.
  • Create and resolve bugs with engineering team resources.
  • Gather feedback from customers for product improvements.
  • Monitor customer success metrics and address issues proactively.
  • Conduct product demonstrations for potential and existing customers.

Requirements

  • Experience in quality management.
  • Familiarity with ISO and FDA regulations.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to manage customer relationships.
  • Technical aptitude for software configuration.
