Retention Marketing Specialist (US) - Remote

Overview

The Retention Marketing Specialist plays an integral role on the client team by executing calendar campaigns and flow work accurately and proactively on several Retention Marketing clients.

In Short

• Responsible for project managing, building and scheduling email campaigns and flow emails.
• Maintain and support the email content calendar for both content and project management.
• Work with a Retention Marketing Account Manager and/or Team Strategist.
• Support in developing strategies that grow clients' revenue.
• Hands-on in the ESP to build automated workflows and QA their logic.
• Coordinate with the design team to ensure timely execution of email campaigns.

Requirements

• Strong time management and organization skills.
• Solid understanding of retention marketing (email + SMS).
• Experience with Klaviyo or similar email platforms.
• Ability to write on-brand error-free copy.
• Experience in project management.
