Wood Construction Designer - (M/F/D) - Remote

Overview

As part of our Multistore Solutions business unit, you will be responsible for developing custom wooden constructions for high-quality retail projects, ensuring smooth processes and embodying our values of innovation and passion.

In Short

• Develop individual wooden constructions for retail projects from concept to production-ready implementation.
• Create 3D models and technical drawings using SolidWorks CAD software.
• Collaborate closely with project management, production, and external partners to develop technically sound and economically viable solutions.
• Develop detailed solutions for complex material connections, including glass, metal, or plastic combinations.
• Assist the team in creating parts lists and technical documentation.

Requirements

• Completed training as a technical designer, technician, or a technical degree in construction or wood technology.
• Several years of experience in furniture construction, ideally in retail construction.
• Proficiency in CAD software, preferably SolidWorks, with the ability to translate design ideas into production-ready models.
• Structured, solution-oriented working style with a practical approach.
• A team player who enjoys contributing ideas and tackling technically demanding tasks.
