Overview

The Marketing Manager will direct launch preparation and pre-launch marketing initiatives for rare disease products, collaborating with both the Japan and Global teams to ensure successful execution of marketing plans.

Requirements

• BA/BSc degree or equivalent in life sciences; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of marketing experience in biopharmaceuticals.
• Experience in rare/ultra-rare disease marketing preferred.
• Strong analytical and market research skills.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
• Experience managing external partners and agencies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
• Comfort in start-up environments.
• Leadership skills to inspire and mobilize teams.
• Proven ability to develop innovative brand strategies.
