Overview

The Behavioural Public Policy Lab at UBC is seeking a Lab Manager to facilitate impactful research in behavioral science and public policy.

In Short

  • Manage research projects and administration.
  • Coordinate grant applications and funding.
  • Engage with diverse stakeholders and partners.
  • Oversee budget management and financial reporting.
  • Support knowledge mobilization and translation activities.
  • Maintain the Lab's online presence and communications.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Minimum of two years of related experience.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in a university, nonprofit, or government setting.
  • Familiarity with university research processes.
  • Interest in applied social research or behavioral science.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to equity and diversity.
  • Lived experience relevant to the Lab's focus.
