The Manager, Policy leads a small, high-impact team driving systemic reform to prevent child sexual abuse and improve outcomes for victims and survivors.

Requirements

• Experience in policy development and advocacy.
• Strong understanding of child sexual abuse prevention.
• Ability to lead and manage a small team.
• Experience in stakeholder engagement and partnership building.
• Commitment to trauma-responsive practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to generate compelling evidence for policy change.
• Flexibility to work remotely and travel as needed.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Experience working with victims and survivors is a plus.
