Overview

Hinge is seeking a Lead Policy Manager to lead the implementation and management of high-level platform policies that safeguard our community, maintain regulatory alignment, and promote trust.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in trust & safety, platform policy, legal, compliance, or regulatory advisory roles.
• Proven track record leading policy design and implementation.
• Deep understanding of the global digital policy landscape.
• Experience operationalizing policy across enforcement systems.
• Strong data fluency in using enforcement and user behavior data.
• Ability to lead through influence in ambiguous contexts.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
