We are currently seeking an experienced Interim CDI Manager to join our team to work remotely from a home office for an interim assignment.

In Short

  • Oversee supervision of CDI staff.
  • Establish and maintain metrics and performance goals.
  • Collaborate with clinicians and coders.
  • Develop policies and procedures for CDI.
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate CDI staff.
  • Institute process improvement practices.
  • Assist with professional development and education.
  • Provide education to physicians and staff.

Requirements

  • CCDS or CDIP certification required.
  • RN certification preferred.
  • CDI Supervisory or Management experience required.
  • Experience as a Clinical Documentation Improvement Specialist.
  • Strong communication skills with physicians and staff.
  • Ability to work remotely from a home office.
