In Short

• Scale existing partners—from niche retailers to global e-commerce dealers.
• Land new partnerships in fresh regions and verticals.
• Optimize the channel by monitoring sales funnels and running experiments.
• Orchestrate flawless launches by syncing with marketing, product, and support teams.
• Own the affiliate program: recruit publishers and manage commission tiers.
• 1–2 years in B2B sales or partnerships is a plus.
• Curious, open-minded, and relentless about finding new routes to market.
• Comfortable living in a CRM and letting data guide your next move.
• Fluent English; extra languages are a bonus.
• Brownie points for automotive or hardware know-how.

Requirements

• 1–2 years in B2B sales, partnerships, customer success, or affiliate management is a plus—but not a must; we’ll grow together.
• Curious, open-minded, and relentless about finding new routes to market.
• A closer’s mindset: you drive conversations to signed deals.
• Comfortable living in a CRM and letting data guide your next move.
• Fluent English; extra languages earn bonus points for global outreach.
• Brownie points for automotive or hardware know-how, or hands-on experience with affiliate networks.

Benefits

• Salary: €1,800 – €2,300 gross / month (depending on experience).
