Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of Talent Acquisition experience.
• Experience in the Consumer Product Goods industry preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong process management and facilitation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage talent with a sales mindset.
• Demonstrated learning agility and strategic thinking.
