Requirements

• Five or more years of mortgage underwriting experience.
• Advanced understanding of credit analysis and real estate values.
• Good mathematical and computer navigation skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience with FHA, VA, and HUD loans.
• FHA Direct Endorsement Underwriting designation preferred.
• VA Staff Appraisal Reviewer (SAR) designation preferred.
