nesto is looking for an experienced Mortgage Underwriter to join its growing team. This role is essential in facilitating the fast growth of nesto, ensuring a positive experience for clients and mortgage advisors.

• Ensure mortgage applications are completed on time.
• Review and analyze mortgage loan applications and documents.
• Identify and mitigate risks in loan applications.
• Maintain organized loan files adhering to company policies.
• Work closely with lending partners to resolve issues.
• Provide support to mortgage advisors and clients.
• Prioritize satisfaction of mortgage advisors and clients.
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a mortgage underwriter required.
• Strong communication skills in English; French is an asset.
• Organized and able to multitask in a changing environment.
