Teller - Remote

Overview

The Teller position involves assisting members with their financial transactions and promoting credit union products while ensuring compliance with regulatory programs.

In Short

• Assist members with financial transactions including cash handling and account management.
• Cross-sell credit union products and services.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Reconcile daily transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to members.
• Participate in virtual meetings and maintain communication as a remote employee.
• Work with cash recyclers and vault as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of member information.
• Complete required training and maintain knowledge of products.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 1 to 12 months of related experience.
• High school education or GED.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Physical ability to perform job functions including standing and lifting.
