Overview

The Senior Import Compliance Analyst will manage all import and export activities, ensuring compliance with US laws and regulations while supporting local shipping managers and auditing service providers.

In Short

• Review import and export transactions for compliance.
• Support auditing of service providers.
• Assist local shipping managers with trade compliance issues.
• Develop and maintain policies related to import/export.
• Provide support for internal/external audits.
• Maintain knowledge of applicable laws and regulations.
• Assist with export documentation for timely shipments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Import/Export compliance.
• Knowledge of Trade Compliance elements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong project management skills.
• Experience with import/export regulations preferred.
• Foreign Trade Zone experience helpful.
• Licensed Customs House Broker preferred.
