Chief Financial Officer (Healthcare Tech/SaaS) - Remote

Overview

Our client, a fast-growing SaaS company transforming the healthcare technology space, is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their fully remote, U.S.-based team of approximately 200 employees. As CFO, you’ll play a critical role in shaping the company’s long-term growth strategy—overseeing financial operations, leading M&A activity, and guiding the organization through its next expansion phase. You’ll work closely with the CEO and executive team to drive innovation while ensuring financial health and scalability. This role also requires a hands-on mindset—someone not above jumping in to support operational needs like month-end close. We’re looking for a strategic leader who pairs executive-level insight with humility and a willingness to get into the details. In Short

• Lead Finance and Accounting teams (6 employees)
• Develop and execute financial strategies, forecasting, and risk analysis
• Oversee investments, fundraising, and capital management
• Provide financial guidance on budgeting, cash flow, and investments
• Ensure accurate financial reporting and regulatory compliance
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements
• Manage budgets, track performance, and recommend adjustments
• Support strategic business decisions with financial insights

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting required; MBA preferred
• 8+ years of senior financial leadership (CFO or similar) experience required
• Experience in SaaS or the healthcare technology industry required
• Experience in high-growth startups (50-500 employees) required
• Strong M&A expertise required
