• Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the company's goals
• Oversee the preparation and submission of accurate financial reports, ensuring compliance with GAAP and IFRS standards
• Manage cash flow, P&L performance and efficient treasure operations
• Lead internal and external audits, addressing findings effectively
• Build and manage a high-performing finance team
• Develop financial models to aid strategic planning and scenario analysis
• Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations
• Act as an official representative in interactions with regulators and authorities
• Data extraction, analysis and structuring for reporting purposes

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in financial roles within fintech or related industries
• Understanding of payment systems and electronic money operations
• Expertise in regulatory compliance and financial reporting standards
• Familiarity with financial reports for regulators
• Demonstrated success in managing cash flow and audits
• Proficiency in financial analysis and strategic decision-making
• Experience in corporate finance, including capital structure and budgeting
• Skilled in using financial software and systems
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
• Fluent English and Ukrainian/Russian is a must
