This remote role involves coordinating with international manufacturers and warehouses, optimizing freight and shipping processes, and supporting cross-functional teams. In Short

• Coordinate production schedules with manufacturers in China and India, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met
• Support procurement activities, including placing purchase orders, monitoring supplier performance, and maintaining cost comparison records
• Liaise with global warehouses (US, EU, UK, AU) to monitor and optimize stock levels
• Manage logistics coordination, including freight forwarding, customs clearance, and documentation for international shipments
• Monitor and track container shipping costs, freight quotes, and delivery performance for analysis and optimization
• Prepare and distribute weekly supply chain and inventory reports for management review
• Serve as a key contact point for manufacturers and freight forwarders, handling shipping documentation and label coordination
• Support contract and compliance documentation management across suppliers and logistics partners
• Research and evaluate new logistics providers, 3PLs, and manufacturers to support business growth
• Identify process inefficiencies within procurement, logistics, and reporting, and recommend improvements
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) to ensure supply chain supports business objectives
• Perform other role-specific duties as they arise
