In Short

• Manage and respond to customer inquiries across multiple channels (email, social media, chat).
• Assist customers with order processing, tracking, cancellations, and changes.
• Handle complex cases such as lost parcels and liaise with logistics providers.
• Process wholesale orders and inquiries, ensuring accurate invoicing.
• Maintain accurate customer and wholesale account records.
• Process subscription cancellations and issue refunds.
• Maintain strong product knowledge for customer inquiries.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products.
• Utilise Gorgias to manage customer inquiries efficiently.
• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth order fulfilment.

Requirements
