Senior IT Systems Administrator - Remote

Overview

The Senior IT Systems Administrator is critical to the success of the service level of IT at Two Chairs. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our information technology infrastructure, the day-to-day support of our clinicians and our HQ end-users, developing and implementing IT strategies, ensuring network security, and managing essential software applications.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a System Administrator or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with MDM solutions for Windows and macOS.
• Proficient in Identity and Access Management tools like Okta and Google Workspace.
• Knowledge of federation protocols such as SAML and OAuth.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
